- We observe a close on all government declared holidays.
4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refund policy

- Payments can be made in Indian Rupee only.
5. Billing
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.
A customer can purchase any product offered by stelebags.com through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.
After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Stelebags through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.
6. Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best products, but if you are not satisfied with our products, you can claim your money back!
You will be required to drop an email to shop@stelebags.com with Subject: REFUND #Order ID#
After checking the appropriate details, we will proceed with refunding your money.
